Here are some transfer FAQs:

a. What is our transfer fee?***

$75 (tax included) per firearm for standard retail transfers. ($50.00 for Texas LTC holders).

b. Is the $75,00 fee/gun the same for 10 guns at once, for example?

No. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to discount that fee, provided that, we discuss this before the guns get here, rather than afterwards.

c. What about transferring more than 1 handgun at a time?

Yes, this can be done. ATF requires us to send a multiple handgun form to them and the local law enforcement chief's office.

d. What about transferring more than 1 high capacity rifle at a time?

Yes, this can be done. ATF requires a multiple form for semiautomatic rifles above .22 caliber that may accept high capacity magazines to them and the local law enforcement chief's office.

e. I don't like the gun...can Jackson Armory send it back?

We can at a cost of $50, plus shipping and additional handling (to correctly document and re-package your item.) Those must be paid for at the counter prior to shipping.

f. Will you ship a gun I sell to another dealer?

We can at a cost of $60, plus shipping and additional handling (to correctly document and package your item.) Those must be paid for at the counter prior to shipping.

g. STORAGE FEES: PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU TRANSFER AN ITEM TO OUR STORE, YOU AGREE TO PICK IT UP WITHIN 30 DAYS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IF IS NOT PICKED UP IN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL TO OUR STORE, WE WILL CHARGE $50.00 PER GUN PER MONTH FOR STORAGE. IF THE STORAGE FEES EXCEED THE MARKET VALUE OF THE GUN, WE MAY SELL THE GUN/S AND KEEP THE PROCEEDS. WE DO THIS BECAUSE WE HAVE VERY, VERY LIMITED SPACE .
